Which name should I use?

• For your personal DMV account, use the name that will appear on your driver’s license or identification card.
• For a work-related DMV account, use an individual’s first and last name. Do not enter your company or Doing Business As name.

Which phone number should I use?

• For your personal DMV account, use your personal phone number.
• For your security, you will need to be able to receive and provide a phone verification code upon every log in.
• Note: Avoid using a phone number with extensions. Must be a valid U.S. phone number.
